This project is a new-build day hospice replacing temporary accommodation on a restricted site with mature trees.

The ground floor is a day care centre for parents with therapy rooms, dining and activity spaces opening onto a secluded garden. The first floor is accommodation for the home care team, while the top floor is for fundraising and education activities.

Sustainability is an important criterion on the project. A high level of energy conservation, rainwater and water management are being carefully considered, as well as embodied energy in the building materials.

The project value is about 2 million.
